Fryooz sells downloadable digital spreadsheet files. Because digital content is made available after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for a change of mind after delivery, except where required by applicable law.

File problems and incorrect orders

If a download is missing, damaged, cannot be opened in the advertised application, or materially differs from its description, please contact leoyu009@gmail.com with your Payhip order reference and a description of the problem. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a working replacement or refund.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to your purchase. Payments and refund processing may also be subject to Payhip and the payment provider’s terms.
